Boronia is a major land release in Success approximately 14km south of Perth.


The Issue

Boronia is a southern corridor subdivision located in Success and which is seen to be particularly well suited to the family market. In order to get its message out in what is an increasingly competitive environment, Boronia needed to target people looking to be part of a quality new estate within easy reach of the coast, city, freeway and the benefits of local amenities including schools, hospital, major retail outlets as well as the southern suburbs railway. Without any established branding, or a track record of similar, successful projects undertaken by the developer, a comprehensive brand development and marketing campaign was required to effectively introduce Boronia to the marketplace.


The Solution

Our initial activity involved developing a brand that would form the foundation of a strong sales and marketing campaign. This identity was further extended with the introduction of the ‘Boronia girl’ character that would feature prominently as a linking device throughout the campaign. Photography was co-ordinated and a variety of creative executions developed including a comprehensive sales brochure format, site signage and a metropolitan advertising campaign devised in conjunction with the specialist services offered by our media planning partner, Starcom Worldwide.
